机床主要大件:底座、工作台、立柱横梁、滑座、滑枕均采用优质树脂砂造型、高强度优质铸铁，具有完善的热处理工艺过程来消除残余应力，并布置足够的加强筋板，保证整机具有足够的强度、刚性和高稳定性;
XY轴采用进口重载滚柱导轨，刚性强、动态精度佳，
三轴传动采用台湾产大直径研磨双螺母滚珠丝杆，结构紧凑、运动平稳、精度高丝杆支撑采用日本产原装进口丝杆支撑轴承，两端预拉伸，消除热伸长造成的精度损失。组成稳定的高刚性机械传动系统。
横梁采用阶梯式结构，横梁截面大，导轨跨距大，主轴中心到导轨面距离短，翻转力矩小，结构刚性好;
高刚性的台湾产龙门专用主轴，采用润滑脂润滑，可使主轴轴承得到恒定和可靠的润滑，既经济环保又实现了长期免保养。

Triaxial transmission with double nut ball screw the Taiwan diameter grinding, compact structure smooth motion, high accuracy. The screw support Japan imported screw support bearings, pre-stretched at both ends, eliminating the thermal elongation caused by the loss of accuracy. Form a stable high rigid mechanical transmission system.
The bench structure beam, beam section, quide span, spindle center to guide surface distance is short, turning torque is small, good rigidity structure.
High rigid Taiwan gantry special spindle, the grease lubrication, can make the spindle bearing get constant and reliable lubrication, both economic and environmental protection to realize long-term free maintenance.
